This network included the manufacturer of our chosen active pharmaceutical ingredient IR3535® (from Merck KGaA), and service providers from around the world that played a critical role in accelerating commercialization and reducing the development cost. *IR3535® is a trademark of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany

Outcomes

Improvements produce new innovation process that can extend life of patent for 15 more years with global coverage.
